Jay, the owner, was pleasant on the phone although a bit sloppy and slow to respond (on the phone). I left him a voice mail and he never responded until I called him back. He claims he never received my attorney's email although it did not show up as an invalid email account, and it's the one listed on the website. I waited a few days and gave up.
