We purchased a road grader and although it had some issues that they were unaware of, they went above and beyond to make it right and ensure we were happy. Can't thank them enough!

Called on an auction piece of equipment asked if it had any codes. Was told no bid and bought piece of equipment trucker went and picked up he called me and said it is debated with a code. Called to talk to the owner he didn't return my call and employee told me They won't do anything about it because it is as is.
Not the best experience! Unprofessional customer service. I earlier inquired on a used Dozer and actually purchased the dozer. The freight company R&M Motors recommended was requesting us to pay him cash on the side for the deal, but this raises several problems! First problem, we are located out of State on the West Coast so this makes it impossible to even abide by his request.
