They did a great job for me, but they charged $118 for a part one can buy for $80 or less. So $225 for an hour's work plus the mark-up on the part. I don't like the practice of hiding extra charges, but surely many others do it
Harris Electrical helped me deal with a very stressful experience involving my stove that had been broken by another contractor. They were extremely understanding and empathetic and immediately responded to my calls. Mary at dispatch made sure that the problem was addressed as soon as possible and Eric spent the time fixing the oven/installing an ancient part (which was, by a stroke of unbelievable luck, found on EBay.) I am so grateful to have a happy ending to what was almost a financial disaster.
Always great work and fair prices
I leave maybe 1 review a year, and this just has to be said. This company and their entire staff are outstanding! I can sincerely say, everybody from Mary taking my calls, Rick working his magic, and Eddie and Mike installing, did an absolutely incredible job! Everyone really went above and beyond to get my fine art gallery lighting don e in time. Not a single I detail was missed or overlooked. HIRE THEM! You won’t regret it.
Matthew from RM Harris did an excellent job with installing a transfer switch at my home. There was also some additional work which involved running a new line to my garage. The work was very tidy and professional. Matthew was very helpful and was patient enough to answer all my questions. There was a miscommunication about an electrical permit, but Rick at the office was very helpful and quickly sorted it out in a phone call. Very happy with my experience with R M Harris!
