RM Fence Co. installed a fence without regard to the adject lot... MINE. I contacted Fischer Homes and our HOA for advice. Please note the installers didn't seem to understand English very well but did acknowledge the deep foot holes they made in my yard. Why would they install a fence in pouring rain?!? Driver showed up to deliver fence materials, drove on my back yard got stuck and made yard damage, someone had to pull him out he left ruts and deep damage, he told me he would be back to fix the same day 7/3/25 they never showed back up. Using false pretense he got my wife to sign waiver covering the wording with delivery slip, I paid to get mine and my neighbors yards repaired now R&M is refusing to refund the monies I paid.. I had R&M install a vinyl fence for me a few years ago. Recently a storm took out a part of the fence. I called R&M for repair. I received a quote that included disposal of the vinyl fencing and 16 linear feet of new fencing. I removed the broken fence myself, saved 13 panels with no damage for repurpose. They reused my planks but charged me for new anyway, only three posts were removed and disposed of, not the vinyl fencing.
