Have been using RM Engine Center for nearly 20 yrs now. Bought 3 vehicles from them & have had all repair work done by then. They have even fixed things on the vehicles I bought from them at either no charge or very little cost. I've been there when they have financed repair work. Nobody does that. Mr. Bobby & Ms Laura are great. Only bad thing, you have to wait for service or for a car to buy but we'll worth wait

Without a doubt THE MOST SHADE TREE ESTABLISHMENT THAT I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS with. Purchased truck with supposed new engine and transmission only to find the radiator rotted out and plugged up.Broken bolt holes for mounting the distributor cap. SAVE YOUR SELF SOME GRIEF AND PASS THIS PLACE-KEEP DRIVING

We r the business & wanted 2 clarify facts on last review. Everyone for 17 yrs are told engine replacements take 5 to 7 working days. We were busy for at least a week before we could start on it. Just because an engine is replaced, all your sensors are not. Our techs are never on the phone & reason we do say get it scan @ a parts house is because they lived 45 min away & if it is simple they can continue to drive until a better time for them to bring it in to be checked. Engine replacement was supposed to take 5 days. Took 25 days. Had to return vehicle twice due to it dying. Engine light is now on 5 weeks later. When I called about the problem the technician was very rude, told me to take to auto zone/oreilly to get code of why the light was on. When I called back was told again "I told you to take somewhere and get the code ." At this point I will be seeking somewhere else to taking my vehicle to ensure engine has been installed properly and to have issue of engine light fixed.

The very best place to deal with is RM Engine Center. I have bought a used car from them as well as had an engine replacement in my truck. Both were very professionally done. If you need any auto repairs I strongly recommend these people. Always great service!! Will never go anywhere else.

I would like everyone to know that the people at RM Engine Center are the best. I have been a regular customer for 8 years & I always received the best service. I live 40 miles away and would never think of having anyone else work on my cars. They are always very professional and the cheapest place to have any repairs done. I also love that they will go out of their way to help anyone even when it may not be their problem. That I have done business with them for the last 10 years. Everything they do is professionally done. I have 3 different vehichles & everyone of them has had repairs done including an engine installation on one & transmission repair on another. Both are still running to this day. Never had any problems with any work that has been done by RM Engine Center. I would not consider letting any other place work on any of my vehicles. They really know what they are doing.
