I've had good service here, as a new customer. Switching my Rxs from another pharmacy was quick and seamless. I needed one Rx they had to order, but it was available within 24 hours. (It was NOT a life-sustaining medication.) Interesting array of gift type items, plus basic home medical supplies.
Rude service, when you call they tell you it’ll be ready in 30 mins and then you go 4 hours later and still make you wait because its still not ready. And when you go they’re still with their attitude. Sadly this is the only pharmacy we have in town and it’s the worst.
Terrible experience
Medications are said to not be refilled but that's because the staff are lazy and won't look up the charts like they are supposed to do.
Need better staff. The older staff there do not treat customers with respect at all.
