Randy did a great job of keeping us up to date as the project progressed and they provided fantastic customer service through the entire process. Hired them to help repair our historical double hung window systems. They came out and freed up each sash, replaced the sash ropes and stabilize the old wood windowsills. Randy is also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to consulting on all aspects of window repair and historical preservation from top to bottom.

Our building was sinking and had a lot of foundational problems. Randy came out, thoroughly inspected it and then was able to give us a very in-depth explanation of why the building was structurally breaking down and what it would take to fix it.
Wow! Our building looks so good! These guys totally preserved and restored our building in ways we never thought was possible. My front porch columns were cracking, Randy glued them up and replaced all the rotted or missing pieces.
