Hands down the best experience in purchasing a new bike. Todd took the time to explain(in detail) every aspect of the differences in the bikes I was looking at. Todd never tried to upsell me anything, and I was treated as if I had been a customer forever. I also got to take advantage of the bike fitting system(highly recommend). Overall, I’m highly pleased with my experience, and will continue to use this shop for my future needs! Thanks R&M!

We recently purchased our 10 year old son a 2020 GT Conway bike from R&M Cyclery. Todd and his staff were very friendly and eager to help. Worked well with my son on getting him the exact style and color he wanted. It was a pleasure to do business with them and will definitely return when we purchase our daughter a bike.
We buy and service all our family’s bikes here. The service is so outstanding. Very low pressure sales, excellent service after a sale, friendly and knowledgeable. They treat my 3 kids like royalty. The opposite of buying a bike at a sporting goods or big box store. It’s a small shop, but that’s part of what makes it great. I never write FB reviews but I wanted to here because really, this place is awesome.
