This has to be the worst customer service place I’ve ever seen. To be honest, I thought I was being pranked. John scheduled an appointment for me last Friday for the following Tuesday. Monday comes by and nobody is answering the phone. Same thing on Tuesday. I send my assistant to go see what’s going on and they say sorry we canceled the appointment because we are too busy. Out of town and had a flat tire. Called and they got us right in to have a plug placed. Owner was so nice and got us fixed up and back on the road for family vacation. Extremely reasonably priced and did not try to take advantage of us in a stressful time and was truly appreciated. Thank you again!!
