Zero stars would be a more appropriate rating. This is the most unprofessional and unresponsive company I've ever done business with, period. I experienced terrible/non-existent customer service with their rude and harassing management. R&M took over a year to completely finish a septic installation job as part of the purchase of our home, yet they expected payment before the job was completely finished, despite an escrow agreement for the job that outlined that they would be paid upon completion of ALL elements of the work.... read more
