I brought my car to this shop because I was hearing a very noticeable clunking sound coming from the front of the vehicle. I called ahead and explained exactly what I was hearing. I was told to bring the car in and that I wouldn’t be charged unless they had to take the vehicle apart to determine the cause. After taking my car for a test drive, I was told that the clunking noise was coming from my rear brakes.
