The people at R&M are extremely friendly. They are also very knowledgeable. I know sometimes auto centers get a bad name for trying to rip people off but my experience was exactly the opposite. R&M had my truck for a while and when they couldn't figure out the issue (they don't specialize in diesel engines) they recommended me to a diesel specialist and took care of me on the labor charges that I had incurred. All in all I would recommend R&M to anyone looking to have their car fixed.
Moved to Mount Holly a couple years ago and found this great place. They are always so nice and timely. I never feel pressured to do anything extra to my car. It is nice going somewhere where you like you can trust the staff and not be pressured to add on additional services. Would not go anywhere else for my car needs!
I am sorry to say I had bad experience with R & M Auto Center Inc. I took my car for tire rotation and state inspection. I drove out from the place to the gas station and was hearing noise coming from the vehicle. I stopped at parking lot and found the oil cap unscrewed. The oil was all over hood thank God I was not driving long distance. I went back to them obviously they are denying it was not them.
