Took my truck here to have an oil change, tire rotation, and have a few other issues looked at. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed my truck back today. I called earlier today and they told me that it was the next to be worked on and I told that that I needed it back and asked if it could be finished today with just the tire rotation and oil change and was told that would be no problem to have done today and they promised it would be handled. Called to make sure it would be done and they haven’t even started on it yet.... read more
The repair itself was solid, but I waited almost an hour longer than the original estimate. To be fair, the manager apologized and knocked a bit off the bill without me asking. Since then the engine light hasn’t come back, so I can’t really complain much.
