I have to start this review by first and foremost saying that Teresa Hurley is Mother Theresa in the flesh. Since the day of my consult leading up to the day of my surgery with Dr. Sturgill, Teresa has very kindly and patiently responded to approximately 1,000,001 questions and concerns I’ve had throughout this process and really helped alleviate the anxiety that comes along with surgery (especially facial surgery). My son had otoplasty surgery with Dr. Sturgill, and we had an excellent experience. He was always available when we needed him, and his kindness and approachable nature made the entire pre- and post-op process stress-free. We cannot recommend Dr. Sturgill enough!
I felt like the weight of my eyelids was making me look so tired and affecting my vision. Dr. Sturgill performed a ptosis repair and I am very pleased with the results. He was extremely professional and explained things thoroughly before and after the procedure. I feel like I can see so much better and look years younger.
The coordinators aren’t knowledgeable at all — they don’t know anything and still act rude on top of it. If this is how they treat someone just trying to schedule an appointment, imagine the experience inside the clinic. It’s 2025 and they still can’t get basic customer service right. Completely unacceptable.
Dr. Sturgill and his entire team are amazing! Not only is Dr. Sturgill an excellent surgeon but he’s also very kind, professional and friendly. It’s clear that he cares very much about his patients. I had a complicated reconstruction on my nose due to an accident. I had endless questions and concerns throughout the process and he was always patient and took the time to explain. I trust him implicitly! Really grateful to him for restoring my confidence and helping me breathe normally.
