Better design, better , more responsive customer service...My old skylight had screens that popped out easily with four spring loaded pull tabs. Easy. Right? My roofer purchased these from R. Lang and they are affixed with 6 tiny screws. Imagine yourself on a ladder trying to take these out so the screens can be cleaned. You'll lose the screws the screen will fall - and maybe be damaged- because one hand is holding the screws and the other has the screwgun. This is a bad, out- dated design.
