Prompt response to my inquiry requesting a bid on replacing front yard sod (rye grass) with new sod (tall fescue). They recommended the tall fescue for its long root system and better resistance to wear-and-tear than with rye. Excellent soil preparation and laying out the sod. Strongly recommend this company.
