They built my house and installed two defective bath tubs. Acknowledged that they “were probably defective” but since the last owner didn’t complain and it hit the 10 year window they would not assist in making things right. Ended up spending close to 12k to have both bathtubs replaced. Found beer cans in the walls, not to mention a year after I moved in the plumbing outside the water inlet leaked underground that cost me another 1k that the insurance didn’t cover due to faulty workmanship.
