Extremely rude company. I had a Bedframe delivered to the wrong bay by hired shipping company and the employee of that bay said he told the mattress people to come and get it. They did. When i went to go get my boxes the manager at the warehouse did not want to speak to me about my boxes. Would not look for them. Told me he did not have time to deal with this. Basically someone from his warehouse came and got the boxes from the bay they were delivered to and now won't give them to me or even look to see if they still have th... read more
