Building a home with R L Wagner (Lee Wagner) was a flat out awful experience. I would not recommend him as a home builder to anyone looking to build their custom home. I could spend time loading countless pictures and examples of why you should look somewhere else, or just take my word for it - Look somewhere else to build your custom home.
