Update Jan 2026: More leaking EVERYWHERE on our porch after snowfall. Roofer says probably going to have this ALMOST 3 year old METAL roof replaced. See video. Metal roofs should not have to be replaced for decades. Also all these holes all in my walls from where the wall insulation was either missing or insufficient. Costing me $5000. Building a home with R L Wagner Custom Homes (Lee Wagner) was a flat out awful experience. If you have come to him, READ THIS REVIEW: You are going to spend an ENORMOUS amount of money (probably $300-$500/sqft), you’d expect high quality build INSIDE AND OUT. Their sales team was excellent in selling us. I would NOT recommend him as a home builder to anyone looking to build their custom home.
