Staff extremely helpful without feeling pushed. They help or leave you to browse on your own, your choice. Selection is amazing. The building does not look like a large showroom, but that is very deceiving. Choices, choices, choices. All good though. High probability you will find something you love. Somtimes narrowing it down will be the hardest part.
We needed a new shower surround done and decided to do to it with tile. We visited R & L Tile Co to talk with them about what we wanted done. From the moment we walked in their door, until the job was completed, we couldn’t have been any happier. They were friendly, professional and met our every need. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Brian our installer was punctual, friendly, neat, and treated our home with respect. Kept us up on everything happening during the installation process. My wife is so very pleaded as she waited almost 10 years for her tile backlash. Nate our salesman was helpful and got us on the install list in time to be done for Thanksgiving.
My husband and I built a house end of 2023/early 2024 and we were disappointed with R&L tile, wishing we shopped around and used a different supplier. Though the tile is beautiful, we were less than pleased with the customer service
