Leaving 1 because the electrician that came out was unprofessional. I believe his name was Mike. He damage the wall and when I pointed it out to him he "said they have to fix the drywall anyway". You damage you fix it don't leave your work for someone else to do. Also, he was referring to the kitchen walls but not where he was working. As well as he didn't clean or take the trash out with him.
I've had R.L. Thompson out a few times: 1st) to upgrade my main box from 100 to 200 amp, 2nd) to set up my main box and add an exterior plug for a 50amp generator, and 3rd) to add some new ceiling lights and redo wiring for a ceiling fan. I called and it happened to work out for Brandon to come out and look at it the same day. By the end of the week, he showed up to do the work. He was professional. RL Thompson Electric put 3 new circuits for us. The price was very reasonable and the turn around was very quick. Ben and Jacob did a great job. Their install went quickly and they cleaned up thoroughly.
I have been a recurring costumer for about 35 years. I just had the occasion to use their services again. Small job but Chase was here in lees than two hours from the time I called. Aside from a quick clean and reasonably priced job, Chase was delight to have around. Very personable, educated me about my electrical issue. We even shared personal stories. It was as if he was a long lost friend. I am not surprised all I see ie 5 star reviews here. Classic operation, unparalleled service for as long as in have used them.
I've had them do a heavy up/move a main electrical panel on an older house, install lights, and run lines for kitchen equipment. This was done over multiple separate requests. Happy I found them! They are easy to work with, arrived when they said they would, and gave me some good suggestions between jobs.
