Shifflet Landscape was paid the full amount to cut and remove the stumps for three trees and paid in full (cash). They have failed to return and complete the job after three weeks. They aren't returning my phone calls, despite telling me that they would not skip out on the job before completion (since the foreman asked for payment before completion.) I am still waiting for a phone call despite being out a large sum of money.
