I bought a house with a pool in July 2021 and I had him come to check my pool equipment. He finally showed up after a few missed appointments and he told me I needed to replace my pool filter. He brought the filter and installed it but I wasn't there when it was installed. This weekend (April 2022) I had another company open the pool and the tech comes to me and tells me that I need to replace the filter cartridges because they are really old and the plastic edges are falling apart. Grrr8 service!
Raul has been taking care of our pool for 15 years. We trust him completely. He's knowledgeable and professional. Over the years he's replaced equipment as needed, acid washed our pool, opens and closes our pool. prices are reasonable and he's easy to get in touch with. One summer we went on a three month RV trip and he took care of the pool while we were gone. Highly recommend his team for all your pool services & repairs.
Raul Avila is a very ethical, hardworking gentleman. He is extremely knowledgeable, prompt and respectful of your property, your time and your finances. Would highly recommend his work.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I've paid R&L pools several thousand dollars to install a Jandy salt water system that never worked. I have called Raul on numerous accounts and he refuses to call me back. The one time I answered he promised to order replacement parts for my system.3 weeks later and 3 more calls unanswered - I still have a faulty system. No wonder he's not registered with the Better Business Bureau. I will never do business with this contractor again!!!! I want my money back!!!
