This was a bit difficult. The plumber who came was very nice and I appreciated that. However, he said that I would have to replace the entire plumbing in my shower…turns out he misunderstood what parts were involved. It would’ve cost thousands of dollars to do what he said was needed — cutting tile and replacing lots of plumbing and then replacing the tile— And when I spoke to a different plumber, that plumber knew what was going on and it only cost an hour of labor and $15 worth of parts, just washers and little rubber seal... read more
