When our basement sump pump failed spectacularly (don't ask!) R & L quickly sent a very competent plumber to replace it. Everything about the experience (apart from the disgusting effluvia) was friendly, easy, and efficient. They wisely suggested adding an audible alarm to the system to alert us in advance of any future failure. Highest recommendation.
