We are currently in the Villas Condominiums on Cross Creek Blvd in Tampa Palms. RL James was contracted to repair the buildings. They are horrible! They are using our outlets on the outside of the building making our electric bill over $250. They are also using our water making the water bill insanely high. The workers constantly bark and whistle at our dogs, making them bark and go crazy. They leave nails, screws, and other scrap in the grass area causing me to step on 3 nails (so far).
