RLJ rebuilt an 8 unit condo building damaged by Hurricane Ian. It involved ripping down the exterior to the studs and then replacing the exterior skin with stucco. 40% of the studs had to replaced due to some previous termite damage as well. Additionally it also involved replacing the interior of the exterior walls. It was an $800k project over a 6 month time frame. We had a good experience with RL James. They refurbished 31 concrete balconies for our condominium association. They also fabricated and installed screens and guardrails for the balconies. I am the Treasurer of the condominium association. I thought the job planning and communication with RL James was very good. The job took several weeks. When unit owners had questions the RL James staff did a good job explaining what steps needed to be done. We would hire them again if a need arose. Thank you.

Our high rise used RL Janes for our painting. They were easy to deal with, timely in their work and professional in every way. They lived up to all aspects of the contract. Our residents all remarked that the workers were polite and respectful. We have already contracted them for other projects. No hesitation.
