Zero stars for this company. Like Katherine Lechner we had a Clayton Homes house installed with the heat pump. As soon as the heat outside was getting up there the AC would not start up. At first they said they had to order some parts and would get back with us. I was patient for a month, trying to call them and no answer. I called Clayton Homes for help with it. Since November 2024 we have been trying to get ahold of AJs to address the heat pump that was installed in our Clayton Manufactured home. We’ve talked to an admin a couple times with no follow up. We used the online scheduling option and got a confirmation that a tech would be out on a specific day/time. That never happened. We need someone to actually contact us and schedule maintenance asap. When we call, we rarely get through and are sent to a voicemail that is not checked. Maybe posting a review here will work?
