Excellent experience. My Son's E-bike's rear tire got punctured and the valve went inside. We were not able to fix it. We went to the E-bike shop inside the Cataraqui Mall, and they refused to do it. Then we went to J&J Cycle repair shop, they told us to remove the wheel and bring it to them as they cannot take the risk of disconnecting the electric wire connected to the motor between the wheel. I went to see Mr Fletcher in the spring time. As promised he tuned my bike up in a day! He is so knowledgeable and knows how to fix bikes! Amazing job and such a reasonable price. I highly recommend this shop!!!
