The owner, Bob really loves cycling and it shows, he will do anything he can for his customers, and if he can't he will let you know who can.
Excellent experience. My Son's E-bike's rear tire got punctured and the valve went inside. We were not able to fix it. We went to the E-bike shop inside the Cataraqui Mall, and they refused to do it. Then we went to J&J Cycle repair shop, they told us to remove the wheel and bring it to them as they cannot take the risk of disconnecting the electric wire connected to the motor between the wheel.
