Placed an order for school uniforms online and had to follow up multiple times on my order as it took almost 3 months to have it shipped. They would do better if they updated their online inventory to accurately reflect what they have on hand instead of making promises and failing to deliver on those promises. Every time I called I was told, "Oh ya we are shipping it out today" or "We are waiting on one more item in your order so we can send everything at once" - mind you I paid $10.99 for shipping. Paid to get a towel embroidered, a job that should have taken a few days. I called and spoke to a guy and was told they were on “ vacation”, said they would be back Friday. After 3 weeks of no one answering the phones or even opening the shop I drove by on Thursday to find the shop being given an eviction notice.
I just want to know if this please still open? Need my uniforms pls😔
