They are very slow on shipping online orders, and haven't responded to my email question about one of their used radios I was interested in purchasing. I guess they can't bother to respond to customer's e-mails. Not what they used to be. You have to seek them out if you walk into the store and need assistance. They probably aren't going to greet you and ask how they can help you. I have been buying from R and L Electronics for over 27 years now, but I have probably purchased my last item from R and L.

Great store and they offer super service to customers. Each day they post a special item on their website. I have shopped in person and via the Internet. Plan to return.

Reliable and knowledgable service. Easy to contact. My order was shipped promptly and I was communicated with through the whole shipping process. I won't go anywhere else. I highly reccommend R and L Electronics if you want excellent serviceand no bs!

Purchased a handheld radio online and was told my order was canceled, and I was required to send a money order or a wire transfer to complete the order AFTER my card was charged. Very shady company. Beware.
