Rudy came to my house and inspected the chimney . He told me there was a repair that was need and he would match another quote I had received from another company. I paid $85 with his promise it would be applied as a credit toward the work. He didn’t follow up. I contacted him and he told me something was in order and he would get back to me. He never did.
