Part of one of my teeth broke off. I rang Dr.Kongs dental office and they went out of their way to give me a 9am appointment. The procedure to fix the problem was done straight away was completed quickly. A very impressive experience. I have used this dentist a number of times now and have always found them very happy and friendly, very concerned for me as a patient, and with very fair prices. We all deserve to experience people with such good values.

Both dentists are terrible, years ago Dr. Kong wanted to remove my last molar on the left side because it hurt occasionally. I was young and ignorant at that time so I agreed to his suggestion. As a result, the gap where the tooth was removed has been constantly painful and inflamed in rest of my life, he's a dentist with no professional ethics, only interested in his own financial gain. pretty standard and good for normal cleans and whatnot, but would strongly not recommend getting braces here. No coloured elastics over each bracket were ever put on, they were on for way too short and as a result my teeth didn't become fully straight, my jaw wasn't corrected, a wire was only put at the backs of my teeth (after the braces were taken off) when i asked them, and when i came back to tell them that my teeth weren't even straight and i still had jaw problems like tmj, they just said "oh but its better than what y... read more
