Dr. Owens performed my second neck fusion on Monday the 21st. Dr. Owens did a great job got my feeling back in my arms immediately! He cares for his patients and very sincere if I could give this doc 100 stars I would. Thank you Dr. Owens for giving my life back again. I appreciate you more than you will ever know.
Don't let this doctor do any spine surgery. I had a lumbar fusion done. It was a disaster from the start. Instead of doing my surgery at the spine center downtown he did it at Suburban Women's pavilion. The nurses at this hospital do not know how to care for a spine surgery patient. I had excessive bleeding and had 2 hematomas that had to be drained so they had to reopen to drain. This surgeon Dr Owen's done 2 spinal cord fusions L3456 He pretty much saved my life had 2 spinal cord injurys from it #1 spinal doctor around
Dr. Owens is an amazing surgeon! After 5 years of back, hip and leg pain, he has restored my life with fusing 6 vertebrae. I'm amazed at how fast I recovered (1 month) and am able to walk, bike and shop with no pain. I visited the Mayo Clinic in Dec. 2019 and they suggested a 10th epidural and 7th round of PT and I was so disappointed. Dr. Owens has given me the gift of a lifetime!!!!
