Richard is very knowledgeable and displays a lot of initiative with complicated problems. He is also very punctual, which is a minor miracle when dealing with tradesmen. He does what he says that he will do, when he says that he's going to do it. And no hidden charges.
Unfortunately RKW plumbing and Heating LTD failed to diagnose the problem with our central heating system correctly and after charging over £1000 for unnecessary work the heating system still had the same fault. They then advised us than we needed to replace the whole system and boiler which we luckily did not do as the fault turned out to be something else and was in the end diagnosed by a non qualified person with alot if common sense. Fitted a boiling water tap and a washing machine, there were some complications with the pipes so they had a lot to do, but did a great job and were professional throughout, i'd recommend them.
RKW provide a fantastic service. They are always punctal and work with the minimum of fuss and disturbance. RKW installed a new boiler for us in tricky conditions and did so brilliantly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
