Excellent Service!
I have been buying pressure washers and getting service and parts here for years. They are in high demand because of the friendly, helpful, and skilled service. Prices have always been fair and turnaround time is great considering how busy they are.
Called looking for a part, everywhere else said it would take about 2 weeks to receive, but R K Power Washers had it in stock. Went to pick it up the next day. They helped me confirm the correct part and explained how to put the new piece back in. Great customer service. Will be recommending them and shopping there for any pressure washer or generator go-forward.
Holy moly these folks were great! My Amazon special pressure washer would not start (my fault, left fuel in it for a while). Dropped off same day, did a quick investigation, set expectations so i knew what to expect, they followed through like champs! Super glad they are a part of my network of vendors now.
