This guy is thorough and professional. He diagnosed a problem on my boiler that wasn't apparent from the actual error code and showed me photos so he is very transparent and very honest. He also arranged to cometo my flat the next day so good for an emergency. Sadly too many people can say what they like and inexperienced people like myself don't know better so glad with him he was very honest.
