I had to talk to a supervisor today and was actually mocked and belittled. Really professional.
Those crooks are rude and Not professional called for a load the agent has 1$/mile when asked for 2$/mile he told me why are you wasting my time..really??thats how you guys doing Business.Brokers like that shouldn’t exist in this industry
Need to be a -1star for this carrier. They pay their bills over 30 days. They lie about pickup and delivery times. So when your driver is wasting a day or has to redeliver a load because times were not correct on rate confirmations, they wont pay detention or a redeliver fee! DO NOT USE!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT USE!!! Unprofessional and shady business practices!
