Donna worked very hard for about a week to shop insurance companies for me that fit some unique needs that I had. She was an outstanding communicator, keeping me informed every step of the way. I would recommend Kevin Johnson and his team of professionals to anybody.

I was a loyal client of RK Johnson Associates for 20 years, starting when I was just 19. For the first 19 years, the service was great. My broker always called me a month or two before my policies ended so we could review the details and shop around for the best price. I've actually found cheaper policies but Ive loved Donna so much that Ive stayed with her. This proactive service is exactly why you use an independent broker. I'm not sure what the point of this company is other than to sell you insurance. I got hit recently and when I called this office, they told me to download the app and work with Travelers at large. Since then, travelers has been a nightmare to work with. Regret switching at this point.
