This company from the very beginning of our home build was not trustworthy. Nothing but excuses and lies from the owner. The grout throughout the house is crumbling out of the tile, the sub floor was nailed down not screwed, also there was no protective membrane for water in the proper areas. The owner is condescending and rude.
I would not recommend R&K Ceramic Tile. They installed a backsplash in our kitchen. The grout is coming off, the tiles are not spaced evenly, the grout was not applied evenly, tiles chipped during installation The tiles were not cleaned after grouting. I have grout on the tiles. Many tiles are pertruding forward. It is the worst tile job I have ever seen. This company was in such a rush! When I asked to please put more grout in some areas I was heard with an attitude response. I have a constant white dust on my counter tops ... read more
