We had our carpets and a couch cleaned by R&K. Robert was easy to communicate with, arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Our carpets and couch look and feel amazing. It was just the refresh we needed. We will definitely be using R&K in the spring for our furnace cleaning. Highly recommend.
They did an awful cleaning job at my house in Spruce Grove. When I contacted them, they didn’t explain or apologize, she was very rude (swearing and everything!) and when I said I was gonna leave a bad review, she said: go ahead, we are dissolving the company anyway and hung up on me. She charged for 9 hours of cleaning plus gas money. It was no cheap! BE AWARE! (I have pictures and receipts). April 25th, 2025.
R&K did a wonderful job on our basement carpets... We tried doing it ourselves with no luck, should have called the professional right away. They did a great job for a fair price, the service was very friendly. We will be calling R&K again in the future for our furnace.
I been using R & K cleaning services for years. Robert did my furnace cleaning and carpet cleaning. He does a great job takes is his time on the job. Highly recommend R&K cleaning services.
