I ordered a Peace Lily for a funeral and a completely different plant was delivered with absolutely no communication or approval, none before delivery and none after to make me aware of the change. I ordered a $60 arrangement for Valentine’s Day and specifically asked for a “spring mix with tulips” all that the arrangement consisted of was tulips that weren’t even near blooming, red roses, and Queen Anne’s lace. Very underwhelming.
