I called for help with my range. They called right back and although they don’t service the brand I have they did give me the name of a repair shop that would. Very helpful!
We have used Rick with R&K a few times now. Each time he is quick to schedule, and knows exactly what is wrong with each appliance he has worked on. As long as appliances break we will use R&K.
We have had nothing but great experiences with R and K appliance service. Rick has come out three different times now for our washer or dryer, and has done awesome each time. Today he was honest about our washer not being worth fixing, and gave suggestions on a good brand to purchase. He was so kind as to not charge for the visit, once he determined it would cost as much to fix as it would to buy new. Definitely recommend!

Rick was so helpful, timely and kind. My 30+ year old washer is, sadly, on its last leg. He did what he could to give me a bit more time and gave me tons of great advice on what to look for in a new washer and what to avoid. Will 100% call him again and suggest him to anyone needing appliance help!
