We have had nothing but great experiences with R and K appliance service. Rick has come out three different times now for our washer or dryer, and has done awesome each time. Today he was honest about our washer not being worth fixing, and gave suggestions on a good brand to purchase. He was so kind as to not charge for the visit, once he determined it would cost as much to fix as it would to buy new. Definitely recommend!

Rick was so helpful, timely and kind. My 30+ year old washer is, sadly, on its last leg. He did what he could to give me a bit more time and gave me tons of great advice on what to look for in a new washer and what to avoid. Will 100% call him again and suggest him to anyone needing appliance help!
Called to schedule service on my dishwasher. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave me an estimate to fix it. Not worth the money to fix in my opinion because it is a cheaper model. I asked for recommendations, gave me great advice for my next purchase. He saved me a lot of money when he could have charged me a service call to come look at it and tell me the same thing. Definitely recommend!!!
