I had a bungie cord go thru my tire by accident and I put in a request for roadside assistance!! Let me tell u what R and J towing was on it they are ONE OF MINOTS FINEST AND I LOVE THEM!! They deserve to be recognized and appreciated!! MY visit with the tow man was amazing he even let us help him he was very kind and extremely helpful he called before he arrived which was really fast about a 20 minute wait!! THANK YOU SO MUCH R AND J I LOVE U GUYS YOU ARE LIKE FAMILY!!!
I lost my keys on Amtrak and R&J are the folks I called. They were extremely efficient. My car was in parked and he figured out a way to get my truck on the bed without any damage to the vehicle. He was very helpful and understanding of my situation and he got my truck to the dealership safe and sound. Highly recommend
