R Joe Harris, Upon the purchase of my property, I sought the services of R Joe Harris (RJH) for a current land survey. At which time there was an existing survey on record with city. Additionally, there was an existing fence that enclosed the back of the property. Two neighbor’s backyards backed along the extended length (right-side) of my property.
