Poor service! Do not trust! – I took my car there based on the reviews below, so I know this seems strange, but I had a horrible experience! I took my car in because it wouldn't start so first they replaced the battery, then they replaced the starter. Neither one fixed the car but by then they had already charged me ~$350. Then they told me they were "certain" that the problem was the $820 engine control module (ECM). I took my car back and tried to work on it myself. Everything I could have expected – I took my car to a dealership...they ran the diagnostic and told me the problem and the cost.....I called RJ Wheels, they were less than 1/3 of the price and were great to work with. I got the car back, properly repaired, when they told me I would and the owner stayed in touch during the whole process. Everyone that I have dealt with was extremely courteous and patient. AWESOME, I thank you all so much. I will skip the dealership from here on and go directly to the source.

BEST AUTO REPAIR I HAVE BEEN TO! – I liked going to R J Wheels--they do what they say they will do and that’s important to me. Five star service at reasonable rates and friendly staff.

Consistently great service – I've been taking my vehicles to RJ Wheels for over 20 years. I now own a company and we service all 4 of our fleet vehicles at RJ Wheels. I find their service quality to be excellent and their prices to be fair. They look for small problems before they become big problems and I appreciate their attention to my vehicles reliability.

HUGE mistake on my part!!!! – by PO'd in Hilliard 04/29/2011 I was sucked into trying to manage this place, and the owner is nowhere short of a blithering idiot. My shop right around the corner was doing 150k a month in sales, because my customers know that they get only what they need and nothing they don't. He offered me HUGE money to come in and get the business up. Did I get ripped off? Yes, I believe I did – I dropped my car off at RJ Wheels to diagnosis the ABS and check engine lights. I paid them $45 to read the codes. I picked up the cards and RJ told me 2 ignition coils were corroded, front brakes were totalled, my front left wheel hub was bad and the EGR valve was bad. I took this $45 worth of knowledge and repaired the car myself. I still have both ABS and CEL light on. Plus, the brakes were fine, thick pads and rotors were fine. Don't Go Here – I took my car in to have the struts worked on, for which they charged me $500. The next day the car started making a loud metal on metal noise every time I turned right or went over a bump. I brought it back and they told me that there was another problem that would be at least another $500. So rather than refunding me after breaking my car, they want to charge me more money. Thanks.
