Did not finish the job and went dark without refunding my money. Very untrustworthy.
I found out after my addiction was completed that Rich had done most of the work without permits. When things went wrong, he was nowhere to be found. I had to go to a lawyer because the structural engineer did not want to correct things that did not have a permit. I settled with his insurance company but it was a tedious process.
