Horrible. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. WORST SERVICE. I'm only giving one star for lack of a "zero star" option. I took my minibike in after ordering a pull start online and installing it on my bike. It was having some issues with cold starting so i took it here. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE A WEEK, keep that in mind. Two weeks go by and no call so i call them and ask about it. Apparently they hadn't gotten to it. ANOTHER week goes by and i call them up and they said my engine was broken and needed another one that they conveniently had ... read more

The staff and owner are so friendly and helpful. They did a great job on my mower and tiller. My tiller was an old one and needed a carb. I was told that the numbers on the engine was unreadable but the owner said that if I could stick with him he would find one. It took a little time but he found one. Roy Williams knows his stuff. My mower and tiller run great. I would recommend this place to anyone. One thing about this place you will leave with a smile.
