This towing company damaged my vehicle during delivery and caused the clips on my front bumper to be ripped off requiring a replacement bumper. John-Paul V is all I have but he is a frontline representation for the company and he should understand that. I used triple aaa to have my car towed a Thursday morning to my house as my tire blew out and had it placed in the grass on the side of my house behind our RV so isn’t blocking traffic nor cars in driveway. Everyone here is so polite and professional! Exceptional service! I needed my car towed last night, due to it not shifting into park than wouldn’t start. RJ Shore got the part covered under warranty, therefore costing way less out of pocket. AND I have the car back less than 24 hours later. Highly recommend!!
Called for a tow with triple a. Operator figured this was a good time to steal from the vehicle.
