Every single person there is unbelievably rude and has no class whatsoever. They treat customers with zero respect and act like they’re doing you a favor just by acknowledging you. I’ve had multiple issues with this company over time, and each one has been worse than the last. This is my go to auto repair shop great customer service great communication and very experienced in any area necessary for maintenance of vehicles.
They towed my stolen car in New Haven and waited over 8 weeks before contacting me by mail, the guy I spoke to was so rude and dismissive.
