Came out to fix a simple freezer problem in a very simple fridge. His fix didn't work and he gave up. Will not return a phone call and cannot fix the fridge. There has to be a better option than this guy. I don't think he knew what he was doing. This guy is a clown that can't return a phone call. Cell phone is like most of the appliances he works on, just too complex. Give up and just ignore the customers and hope it all works out good, for him.

Super happy with RJ Service. He was willing to swap the door hinge on a GE washer despite it being a new product. Affordable Appliance Repair in Wisconsin Rapids refused to do the job insisting GE didn't make a washer that could be right hinged even though I told him I just purchased one. RJ Service took the time to research and watch an instructional video so he was prepared to do the job. GE should make RJ Service the primary third party service and put Affordable Appliance as the secondary option. Thank you RJ Service!

He came to our house told us what was wrong with our frigerator so we went and bought another one they don't last very long
