James was an excellent worker. The first time I came down to see him it was a cold winter day. He was out, but made the effort to get over to the shop so I could drop my trailer off. It was an after hours we can drop off. He worked diligently to repair my trailer and seem to take great care making sure everything was perfect, including sending back parts that were defective from the manufacturer to ensure that each part that went in it was highest quality. Stopped here for some emergency electrical work and the owner stopped what he was working on and had us back on the road under an hour!
James Jones is reliable, dependable and honest. His loyalty to customers knows no bounds. Whether it is planned routine maintenance or an emergency, James has responded and done the job efficiently and well. We would highly recommend him.
Burnt up a wheel bearing causing the wheel hub to come loose. James was on site with another customer but helped me over the phone to get my trailer towed to his shop. Trailer arrived at 3:30 Friday afternoon. James replaced the wheel bearings and installed a whole new hub assembly that afternoon! We were back on the road by 6:00! James is amazing, takes care of his customer and is fair on pricing.
