I called R&J RV Repair after my awning got damaged, and they went above and beyond from the very first moment. The owner came out after hours to take a look, and right as he arrived it started pouring rain. Instead of leaving, he stayed and worked in the downpour to remove the damaged parts so we wouldn’t have to wait. James did a great job working with my insurance company and then worked well with me getting a target date of when it would be finished. The work was done on time, and most importantly, done very well.
We accidentally knocked the closed awning on our trailer on the corner of the garage and it looked like the awning arms were bent. We took it into R&J and he was able to immediately fix it with some minor adjustments. Turned out to be way less expensive than we had anticipated. He's very honest and super helpful. He also helped us figure out some problems we were having with our battery. Going back soon to get the roof resealed. He's our RV guy now!
Very professional I called with an issue and he was out in a matter of no time. He didn't waste any time and got the job done very quickly. I will definitely be calling on him if something else comes up while in this area.
