Awesome service and communication! Quick diagnosis and repairs.
I don't know if I called them on a bad day, or at a bad time, but these people were clearly not willing to listen to the problems my camper was having. Not a difficult thing to do, so I'd suggest finding another spot even if you have to drive a bit. The location looked suspicious as well.
These people take money from you outside business hours, go somewhere else with the same service
I called R&J RV Repair after my awning got damaged, and they went above and beyond from the very first moment. The owner came out after hours to take a look, and right as he arrived it started pouring rain. Instead of leaving, he stayed and worked in the downpour to remove the damaged parts so we wouldn’t have to wait.
