Staff are fine very helpful but your website is absolute rubbish.
Brilliant company especially Peter. We were needing fire bricks for our Rayburn pronto as we thought we had a spare brick but it was the wrong size. When I contacted Pryces Peter answered and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He not only checked online but went to check they definitely had them. Then he called me back as we live in Shetland I was worried about the cost of shipping. He found the cheapest way to ship them (Parcel Force) . They arrived 6 days later no mean feat.
